We currently only offer shipping in the US. All orders ship via flat rate with USPS or UPS. Orders $44 and over ship for free. Priority Mail is available as well.

For safety reasons, food items are not returnable. But your satisfaction is our priority. If your product was damaged or lost during shipment, please reach out.

We use real fruit in our mixes. So every now and then there may be some particles that don't mix or dissolve well. This is ok, it's real fruit. It's still providing flavor too.

Our products are non-GMO, gluten free, soy free, dairy free and vegan. However, they are made in a facility that also processes gluten, nuts, dairy and soy. The utmost care is given during production to avoid cross contamination, but can not be guaranteed.

Our packaging is awesome. They are BPA free PET jars that are made in the USA. They can be reused for a variety of things, and they are 100% curbside recyclable.
